nails...nicely!

Hi! My name is Emma. I'm a high schooler who is obsessed just a little (a lot) with nail art. I do my nails about once a week. I also love photography, music and God! Feel free to ask questions, reblog or like and don't forget to follow! I would appreciate any feedback on my nail designs! Thanks so much for checking out my blog! Sally Hansen Diamond Shine Base & Top Coat. That is a mouthful! This stuff does it’s job. Nothing super spectacular about it, but nothing bad about it either. I would have to say that it is better as a base coat than a top coat. When used as a base coat, there are few bubbles and it smooths out ridges in the nail nicely. < see what I did there :) As a top coat, it started chipping around the third day of wear. Seche Vite (as I mentioned in here) was a much better top coat for not chipping. Also, there was shine added, but not a significant amount. It was around three dollars so, honestly for the price, the value was pretty good. I will probably only use this as a base coat because I like the quality of this as a base coat mixed with Seche Vite as a top coat! Overall I give this 3.5 stars. Great price, and good quality for the price! Definitely give this one a try, at least as a base coat!
